Art Prints

Thanks for your visit!  I am now offering some of my best landscape and nature work for print sale.

The prints arrive on a ready-to-hang canvas wrap. They are made in the U.S.A. by a top quality print lab and shipped directly to you. The canvas stretches around a wooden frame, already fitted with mounting hardware. The canvas is mildly textured and enhanced lightly with a semi-gloss coating. The sharpness and clarity matches or exceeds that of a traditional glossy print and there is no need for a frame.

For this endeavor, I have selected some images taken during the past three years and I have posted some background information here about how each of the images was produced.

For international shipments, please email me before placing your order For domestic (USA) shipments, the prices listed include shipping. California buyers pay 8.75% sales tax. Satisfaction is guaranteed. If not fully satisfied, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping and will receive a full refund as long as the items are returned within 3 days of receipt of shipment, and in salable condition. Payments are collected by credit or debit card through the world’s most respected and secure processor- Paypal. You do not need to have a Paypal account to order with your card.

**note that the final images are NOT printed with my name, watermark, or white border shown here.

Image #1 – “Row Boats” available on 16×20 canvas, green edges wrap around stretcher frame. $250

On vacation in northern Michigan, I awoke at dawn each day to take photos of the sunrise and hike undisturbed through the beautiful landscape. This photo is one of my favorite fishing lakes I visited as a child, and it seems to be perfectly preserved. The water still teems with Northern Pike, Bass, Bluegill, Sunfish and more. One can see otters popping in and out of the water almost nightly around sunset. The surrounding marsh is filled with water snakes and turtles, and frogs invariably scamper at your feet as you approach the lake. This photo was made at dawn using a Canon DSLR mounted on a tripod. I hope to visit again in 2010.

san-diego-night

Image #2 – “San Diego at Night” available on 10.5×25 panoramic canvas, black edges wrap around stretcher frame. $275

San Diego, just after dusk. I made this panoramic stitch by combining two images of the skyline. Often the best time to make night landscapes is just after dusk and I have photographed this area on many occasions. The city lights were beginning to come on, but the sky still had some deep blue character. The fine detail and city landscapes make these photos a great living room conversation piece.

birdy

Image #3 – “Rare Bird” available on 16×24  canvas, green edges wrap around stretcher frame. $250

Photographed in captivity with a macro lens. The soft light inside allowed me to preserve some nice colors and find his eyeball with my autofocus on about the 6th or 7th try.

Image #3 – “Pier Memorial” available on 16×24 canvas, black edges wrap around stretcher frame. $250

The Oceanside Pier in the background, and a candlelight memorial for Iraq war veterans set up in the foreground, using tea lights and plastic cups.

Here is a sample of an in-stock photo hanging on my wall. The back has a wire hanger so they can be unboxed and hung immediately and easily with a single nail.
